Wishfy provides SEO (Search Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), content operations, and website build services. The information on this Site describes our service offerings and is for informational purposes only.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code, is owned by Wishfy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

For client engagements: clients own the deliverables created specifically for them, as defined in each separate service agreement. Wishfy retains ownership of its proprietary tools, methodologies, and frameworks.

4. Use of the Site

When using this Site, you agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, security, or infrastructure.
Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Site without permission (AI crawlers operating in accordance with our robots.txt are excepted).
Submit false, misleading, or spam content through the contact form or any other input.
Impersonate any person or entity when interacting with the Site.

5. Contact form

Submissions through the contact form are inquiries only and do not constitute a binding agreement, contract, or commitment of any kind. Any engagement for services requires a separate written agreement between you and Wishfy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wishfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim related to the Site or our services shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you to Wishfy in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
