AI Agents & Automation

Automate repetitive work. Give your team more time.

We design and build AI-powered workflows that connect business tools, reduce repetitive administration and improve how information moves through your organisation.

What it is

AI automation connects the tools you already use and takes over repetitive steps: reading incoming requests, updating records, extracting document data and preparing reports. AI handles the parts that need reading or judgement; rules, checks and human approval handle the rest. It suits teams that lose hours to copying, sorting and chasing information between systems.

Problems it solves

Enquiries wait too long

New leads sit in an inbox or form until someone has time to sort them.

Data is typed twice

Information from emails and documents is re-entered by hand into the CRM or accounting system.

Reports take hours every week

Someone collects figures from several tools and pastes them together.

Follow-ups slip

Reminders and next steps depend on someone remembering them.

An example, step by step

Example · synthetic data A delivery change request handled across three systems

Input

An email from a customer

Please move the delivery of order 4471 to next Thursday and send it to our new warehouse address. A wholesaler receives it in a shared inbox, among dozens of other messages.

  1. AI reads the email, recognises a delivery change and extracts the order number, the new date and the new address.
  2. The order is looked up in the order system; fixed rules check that it has not shipped and that the date is a delivery day.
  3. The change is prepared and shown to a member of staff, who approves or corrects it before anything changes.
  4. After approval the order is updated, the customer gets a confirmation and a note is added to the CRM; if a step fails, the email goes to a review queue with the reason.

Output

Updated order, logged

The order shows the new date and address, the customer has a confirmation that staff approved, and each step is logged so anyone can see what happened.

How it works

Map the workflow

We follow one process from trigger to result and mark where time, errors and hand-offs occur.

Connect the tools

We link the systems involved through their APIs or exports, and say early when one cannot be connected.

Add AI where it helps

AI reads, classifies and drafts; fixed rules handle what needs no judgement.

Build in controls

Validation, retries, logging and human approval before anything important is sent or changed.

Delivery and handover

Built in your accounts

Where possible, the workflow runs in your own tool accounts, so access and data stay with you.

Tested on real-looking cases

Before go-live we run sample and awkward cases with your team, including the failures, not only the normal path.

Handover notes and an owner

Notes on what each step does, how to pause it and who is alerted when something fails, for the person you name.

What we measure

Time

Hours spent on the workflow before and after, measured the same way.

Errors

Mistakes and corrections in the data the workflow touches.

Speed

How long a request waits between arriving and being handled.

Manual interventions

How often a person has to step in, and why.

What to keep in mind

  • An automation follows the process it was built for; a changed process needs a changed workflow.
  • AI steps can be wrong, so important actions keep a human approval or a validation check.
  • Each connected tool must offer an API or an export; some systems cannot be automated reliably.

HOW WE WORK

From your first conversation to a working solution

Most projects start with a free 30-minute scan and a fixed-scope pilot of about four weeks.

Discover

We learn the business problem, the tools and data you have, the constraints and the outcome you want.

You get: a discovery summary

Design

We define the scope, the approach, the timeline, who does what and how we will judge the result.

You get: a solution plan and proposal

Build

We implement what was agreed, connect the tools it needs and test it.

You get: a tested implementation

Measure & improve

We review how it performs, write down its limits and agree on maintenance or next improvements.

You get: an evaluation and handover notes

Ways to start

Free first meeting

We look at one workflow together and see whether automation is worth it.

Implementation

One workflow built, tested and handed over, scoped and priced in a proposal.

Maintenance

Changes and monitoring after launch, if you want us to run it with you.

What shapes the scope and quote

  • How many systems the workflow touches, and whether each has an API or only exports.
  • How many variants and exceptions the process has.
  • How much human approval, logging and error handling it needs.
  • Whether we maintain and monitor it after launch.

Frequently asked questions

Which tools can you automate?

Most tools that offer an API or an export: CRMs, mailboxes, calendars, forms, spreadsheets and accounting software. We check each one in the discover step and tell you early if a connection is not possible.

Who owns the automations afterwards?

That is agreed in the proposal. Where possible the workflows run in your own accounts and come with handover notes, so your team can operate and change them.

What is the difference between a workflow and an AI agent?

A workflow follows fixed steps you can predict. An AI agent decides which step to take next within limits you set. We use agents only where that flexibility is needed, with permissions, approvals and logging.

Can we start with one workflow?

Yes. One clearly defined workflow is a good way to see the effect before automating more.

What happens when an automation fails or gets it wrong?

Every run is logged. When a step fails or the AI is unsure, the item goes to a review queue with the reason instead of being sent or changed, and the person you name is alerted. We test these failure paths with you before go-live, not only the normal case.
